Efficient updates and top dollar closing – A win-win experience.

We worked with Lisa to sell a property that had been in our family for almost 30 years. It was a tough choice to say goodbye, but Lisa made everything as simple and smooth as possible. She made recommendations on which updates and repairs would be necessary or advisable, stopped us from going overboard on improvements, and ultimately helped us sell faster and at a higher value than other properties on the same street.
