I can't say enough about my experience with Lisa! Unfortunately due to both of my parents passing, I acquired our family home in Holiday Lake Estates. This home was my grandparents and was a place our family gathered in my childhood as well as where we brought our own children to make memories. The decision to sell was not an easy one. I was so fortunate to have Lisa by my side as we went through the tough and emotional decision of determining when to sell. (I live in Illinois) Lisa was right there through the four years and supported me by helping to find solid renters, gave me suggested resources when I needed to make repairs on the property, met with me when we came down to bring me up to date on the current market and offer options, supported me in finding the right time to sell, and finally helped us get the property on the market while I was not in the state. Her knowledge about the area and market analysis helped determine a competitive price on my home. She made the process much easier then I ever thought it could be and had our property sold in under a week. We closed on the property electronically which helped so much since I was not able to travel at that time.
