Richard was an excellent asset in selling our home. We originally tried selling it ourselves for 5 months and had no luck. Richard was very straightforward and had done his homework before meeting with us. He was personable, extremely responsive to every question we had, and had an offer on our house within a week. Not only that, it was above asking price. I would heavily recommend Richard for your home sale, purchasing one or any other real estate needs.
