We had a difficult experience with several owners or homes. Our offers were accepted but one owner was demanding on restricting. Another home was falling apart and another was plagued with drainage easements. Margaret kept working for us through these troubles. The orginal difficult owner was much better the second time we made an offer. This whole proccess when on for over 2 months. Margaret keep locating homes that might meet our needs. Margaret went above and beyond to help me find a home. I lived out of state so I wasn't able to visit the homes myself. She went to numerous homes and did video calls to walk me through the houses. When most realtors would have given up or become frustrated due to me not liking any of the houses we saw, Margaret hung in there with me and was on top of getting showings scheduled. It was a very long process and I appreciate her helping my move to a new state go smoothly. I 100% recommend her!
