I live in Michigan. I wanted to sell my property in Florida. I had been getting all kinds of offers that overwhelmed me. I decided to go with a realtor in Florida. A realtor in Michigan referred Margaret Hart to me. We had an instant connection. She was very professional and very patient. She explained every detail thoroughly of the process. Explaining Florida laws. I was especially captivated by the turtle law. She made sure I understood everything. Any time of any day she talked to me via phone when I needed to. She sorted out the many offerings and came up with a top five. Telling me why she picked the five. She then explained in detail every part of each offering. When a decision was made she continued to walk me through the process of all the documents. This all done by telephone and email . It was a long process because it was all new to me. She never let me down. In fact after the closing was complete,monies wired and deposited, she continued tiredlessly to go to "bat" for me when I was having a problem getting the buyers signature on forms and having those forms emailed to me. Margaret went above and beyond. Now that I have all the documents properly signed, I, for me , feel the sale is complete. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor in Florida.
