We hired Mr. McKinney after interviewing 4 other agents from various companies. He impressed us with his knowledge of the local market and experience. It was a no brainer who to pick. We started out a bit optimistic on listing price perhaps. But despite the sluggish Florida market and a less robust time of year for selling, he had well over a dozen showings the first two weeks. Richard is a very busy man. But he was there for every showing, walking the property and answering questions from both agents and buyers.
