My experience with Wanda as my real estate agent was all good. I had to sell my deceased stepfathers house. Wanda helped me out several times getting the house ready to sell. She helped me find a gardener, a guy to move some junk out of the back yard, helped me get rid of a refrigerator that was in the garage, got a guy to do the pest inspection, another guy to fix some rot damage in patio, and a guy to fix the roof. We had a couple of offers and I got the price I was hoping for. Wanda made the whole process very easy for me.

We were 1st home buyers who were looking for a new construction home. We had a specific budget range on a lower end and we wanted to get maximum amount of space we could afford, we had to consider factors like school district and decent sized backyard for our younger kids. Ms. April Denson made our dream of having our perfect home come true when on our second visit looking at homes in South Riverside County, we pulled up to a new construction site where our future home was just starting to be build. We were shocked with joy when we saw the size of the backyard and we were more then pleased with the price. The house had almost a perfect layout of the floorplan. Ms. April helped coordinate communication with the builder through the whole process. Ms. April is extremely professional, and more importantly, very personable.
