April proved time and time again with her thorough knowledge of homes and the local market and her sensitivity to my personal situation, that she was perfect for my needs. Every time I viewed a new property April would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, calculated taxes, HOA fees, etc. And most importantly, she was always immediately responsive.
