Mimi has been "on top" of the sale of our Rancho California lot since the first day we met at our Huntington Beach home. Following the formal listing of the lot, Mimi evaluated the six offers we subsequently received and discussed the pros and cons of each offer other than the purely monetary aspects, e.g., length of escrow or special conditions such as requested soil tests. It has been our dream to live in the wine country and build our own home.
