When he accepted to take on the sale of our home, he immediately helped to prepare the the house for showing, and built a comprehensive and strategic pricing, and marketing campaign. The campaign included print, social media, word of mouth, and networking events. He had a strategy in reaching out to different high potential buyer's segments that have a higher price range, and buyers are looking to cash out, and buy in Murrieta. Ibrahim organized a neighborhood pre-showing open house event, then followed by a social media campaign that reached to thousands of potential buyers. Ibrahim was relentless, persistent, and effective in using advertisement, signs, and organizing open houses. I am very happy with the results, and would use him again in a heart beat.

Kayla went out of her way to help us purchase our home. She set up email alerts specific to our needs and stayed in constant contact with us as we saw homes we wanted to preview. When we saw something we liked she set up appointments and lined them up with ample time to look at the homes and not feel rushed to meet the next appointment. She submitted several offers on our behalf and we had a few accepted. As issues arose during inspections she quickly canceled the contracts on our behalf and moved on until we finally found a home we liked. Our home buying process took longer than expected as the pandemic put some restrictions on the market supply and our ability to preview homes. Through that difficult time Kayla remained positive and continued sending us property listings. Kayla wasn’t pushy when there wasn’t anything we liked. She understood our thoughts on the listings and remained at our side for almost a year and a half until we finally found the home that was right for us. Most agents would have dumped us after a walking away from a deal on a bad home inspection, but Kayla stuck with us. During the closing process Kayla answered any questions we had and remained in constant contact with escrow and the sellers agent to get inspections, repairs and documents taken care of. After such a positive experience on the buying end we had Kayla list our old home. Like the buying process, the listing end went quickly and hassle free. She put it up on a Friday and we accepted an offer for $25k over our asking price. During this closing process she was in constant contact with us and made sure we had all the paperwork we needed in a timely manner. The closing process on the sale of our old home was quick, smooth and stress-free. We constantly praise Kayla’s abilities when asked for a referral for a real estate agent. We feel that she can handle any real estate transaction in any type of market after working with her. You won’t find a better person to represent you.
