I used to work in the same office with Annie, so I know her well. I know several real estate agents but when it came time to sell my house I choose Annie. I knew she would work hard and do things right and I'm a very demanding person. I gave her the listing and she had multiple offers before it even went live on MLS because she was shopping it to agents she knew. This deal was extremely difficult because there were 3 escrows that had to close at the same time. I was buying a new house for cash, but my buyers were selling their home and their buyers were selling their home and getting VA financing. To make matters worse the agents that were involved in the other 2 transactions were essentially worthless. Annie had to do almost all the work on all 3 deals. She had to call the lenders, call the escrow companies and keep pushing everyone so all deals could close at the same time. Then, I had one day to move out and that day was the day before Thanksgiving. The company I was buying my home from didn't want me to take possession because my deal didn't fund until the day after Thanksgiving (I have no idea how she convinced the escrow company to work the Friday after Thanksgiving). Annie even called them and convinced them to let me move in. Anyway, I think she went above and beyond in her service and I'm grateful.
