Jerry sold my condo within a week of listing well above asking. He was respectful of the tenants and helped notifying them and with continued communication. Through no fault to Jerry, there was one roadblock after another with the buyers realtor not responding, repairs that needed done, a complete teardown and rebuild of one room, deeds that weren't filed properly in the past, a tenant not moving out on time, etc. Throughout it all Jerry was on top of each step, pushing through assertively, calling the other realtor and loan officer endlessly until he got favorable responses, emailing the title company dealing with each new issue immediately, keeping me informed and giving expert advise, he recommended the best handyman, negotiated changes in the sell terms, even paid for a loan extension when the repairs weren't done in time. He is definitely the Realtor you want on your side. Genuinely, the best, most honest and hardworking person that went above and beyond the call of duty.

I used to work in the same office with Annie, so I know her well. I know several real estate agents but when it came time to sell my house I choose Annie. I knew she would work hard and do things right and I'm a very demanding person. I gave her the listing and she had multiple offers before it even went live on MLS because she was shopping it to agents she knew. This deal was extremely difficult because there were 3 escrows that had to close at the same time. I was buying a new house for cash, but my buyers were selling their home and their buyers were selling their home and getting VA financing. To make matters worse the agents that were involved in the other 2 transactions were essentially worthless. Annie had to do almost all the work on all 3 deals. She had to call the lenders, call the escrow companies and keep pushing everyone so all deals could close at the same time. Then, I had one day to move out and that day was the day before Thanksgiving. The company I was buying my home from didn't want me to take possession because my deal didn't fund until the day after Thanksgiving (I have no idea how she convinced the escrow company to work the Friday after Thanksgiving). Annie even called them and convinced them to let me move in. Anyway, I think she went above and beyond in her service and I'm grateful.

Liz guided us to just the right price for our mom's home. She suggested the items that should be fixed so that we would get the best price for the house. Liz's knowledge in the Camarillo area was unparalleled compared with other realtors that we interviewed. She was at almost every showing and always went by to make sure the house lights were shut off and that the house was securely locked as the house was vacant after each showing. Annie listen to what I wanted and what I could pay. She didn't waste time showing places that were not in areas that I didn't want, even tho the price was low. She also consider the areas that I would feel safe and comfortable. She made me feel as family and I appreciated that. Annie is very kind hearted and a joy to work with.
