Cami was our Real Estate Broker during the recent sale of our house in Ventura California. During the preparation of our sale, the problems that continued to arise were headed off before they could derail the completion of the negotiation. Cami was always two steps ahead of any conflicts with informed and detailed options on what we needed to do to complete our goals. Even unexpected costs applied to the sale were exchanged for price reductions that both parties readily agreed with. Cami’s professionalism and experience were essential to facilitate the sale.
