My wife and I first moved to Ventura County 27 years ago. I went to work for Chart House Restaurants Inc and she went to work for Buena Medical Group. We personally got involved with buying and selling Real Estate here in 1996. I have only worked in two industries in my life, Real Estate and Restaurants. My wife and partner Bonnie and I, consider ourselves foodies and love to try new places in our spare time. We also love going to open houses and seeing what the newest trends are. Helping sellers stage their home to sell or helping a buyer see the potential in a property is our passion! In the Restaurant industry I learned that quality and customer service will bring you repeat customers and that attention to detail, and good communication will build a loyal clientele. Jack and Bonnie are the team you not only want but need . This is the second time our family has been blessed to have them help us navigate an emotional journey of selling our homes . A true professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Cami handled a Trust property sale for me as Trust executor. From the start she proposed a timeline to ready the property for sale for peak market in May/June. She communicated regularly as needed, answered all of my questions, and was always quick to respond. In addition, she provided trustworthy advice when asked. She understood the local market, resulting in a quick sale that met my goal. I truly felt that she was looking out for the best interests of her client. I would highly recommend her.
