Willie is amazing! He is professional , experienced and a wealth of knowledge.

We joined up with Willie over a year ago looking for an exact replacement home. It wasn’t an easy search but Willie was always available to show us the new arrivals on the market. When we finally chose precisely what we wanted, Willie guided us through the purchase process with the most thoughtful approach by saving us money with our offer because of his expert knowledge of the market. We can’t thank Willie enough for sticking with us in this sometimes daunting experience. A true professional whom we highly recommend!

Willie Schmeltz is an excellent realtor with RE/MAX Gold Coast. He is the most patient, understanding, kind and overly helpful realtor I’ve ever worked with. He goes above and beyond the normal ensuring your home is beautifully prepared for sale. If there are any repairs to be made prior to showing, he will take care of it. He most definitely enjoys his job from start to finish.
