Throughout the process, which spanned several months, she maintained frequent communication with me, ensuring that I had clarity about project status, and could make informed decisions as things came up. I could not have done all that she did even if I had been present. She took on a role significantly outside what a broker usually does, and handled it expertly, and the result was a gorgeous condo that sold quickly at market price.
