In a very unpredictable real estate market Fred held the course consistently and broadly advertising and continuously holding open houses. We had to move out of state before the house sold, and Fred and his team were there to take care of loose ends such as clearing out left items and doing final cleaning. He kept in touch regularly and always let us know what was happening in the market. Fred was always professional and caring as was his entire team.

Toni was an amazing agent! Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were on a tight schedule to get our property listed and from day 1 Toni and her team were on the go! I appreciated that whatever she suggested (decor, repair, terms of sale) she gave the option for us to have our own ideas or for her to take over.
