We have bought twice and sold twice with Toni in Ventura County over the past decade. She is amazing! She also has gone above and beyond the duties of being a realtor - we sold both houses during very busy times in our lives and she jumped in to help make it all happen. She brought over personal touches to stage our houses, washed curtains, moved kids bikes into the garage, moved furniture, and booked appointments for window cleaning, handyman, etc. when we were too busy to get it all done. Following our most recent move out of the area, she even picked up a shipment of dog food that arrived right after we left and took it to Fedex for us! I don't know how she does it all because she has a lot of clients, but she is seemingly always available to check in, track the progress on all the things you need to get done, convert documents to docusign at a moment's notice, etc. Toni is a gift and a gem, I give her name to everyone I know who is looking for a realtor.
