Also, she was a good resource for finding workers to help with the few improvements we made prior to listing. After the house was listed, we weren’t in town during much of the sales process because we were moving out of the area. Supporting us from a long distance didn’t bother Lisa at all! She was very accessible and responsive throughout the home sale process. She was patient with our questions and responded with pragmatic advice. She even offered to supervise inspectors or others who needed to be at our house when we were away. We thought working with her from a distance might be challenging. Wrong- we were particularly impressed about how organized and timely she was following up on key activities required under the contract deadlines. All the documents we needed were promptly sent via secure communications. Finally, she even provided a referral for a great realtor in our new location!
