Jack and Bonnie are definitely a power couple. This was my second time using them. They helped me purchase my first home and recently helped me sell/buy again. They were with me through every step of the process. Their communication skills are top notch and showed great patience with my wife and I. They knew exactly how to set up my property to sell, and coordinated all the open houses so it would not affect my personal life. They always went above and beyond assisting me with me services outside the exact sale/purchasing of my properties. I will always use Jack and Bonnie and I would recommend them over/over again.

I highly recommend Jack and Bonnie. They are everything I hoped for in a real estate team - highly experienced with in-depth knowledge of the market and of the complexities of a probate sale, excellent and timely communication, honest, unflappable, gave me referrals to really excellent vendors who were needed along the way to complete the sale. They smoothly and graciously accommodated our situation in which one of the key decision makers lives on the East Coast. Jack has an encyclopedic level of knowledge about all aspects of the business of real estate and Bonnie anticipated so many of my questions like a mind reader and they both patiently answered all my questions. They are assisted by an outstanding team for escrow who handled all the details seamlessly which significantly reduced my stress. Vanessa was my real estate agent for the sale of a condo in Oxnard. From the start, she focused on making the process seamless for me (my first time selling, so that was reassuring). Just before renovation was to begin prior to the sale, an unexpected flood in the unit required coordinating multiple resources that would not otherwise have been needed, to clean and repair damages. Because I am out of state, Vanessa became my general contractor coordinating all the various vendors for remediation of mold, lead, and asbestos, and getting clearances for those. She proactively began cleanup after consulting me, and was thinking ahead to what was needed next. She then found and directed the renovation contractor through the entire process, and arranged landscaping prior to the sale. Throughout the process, which spanned several months, she maintained frequent communication with me, ensuring that I had clarity about project status, and could make informed decisions as things came up. I could not have done all that she did even if I had been present. She took on a role significantly outside what a broker usually does, and handled it expertly, and the result was a gorgeous condo that sold quickly at market price. I highly recommend Vanessa for a seller or buyer, and know that she will provide the same exceptional customer service and professionalism that she did for me.

Jack and Bonnie are the most pleasant, caring, and knowledgeable agents one could ever ask for. Always there to take any phone call whether big or small. They make sure to be realistic and don’t try to fluff things up just for a sale. Jack and Bonnie always have your best interest first. I will recommend them a million times over. They are my forever realtors! They also have very amazing teams that work along side them (IE loan officers, inspectors, etc). The most stressful purchase of my life was made to be a dream because of Jack and Bonnie
