Cami was our Real Estate Broker during the recent sale of our house in Ventura California. During the preparation of our sale, the problems that continued to arise were headed off before they could derail the completion of the negotiation. Cami was always two steps ahead of any conflicts with informed and detailed options on what we needed to do to complete our goals. Even unexpected costs applied to the sale were exchanged for price reductions that both parties readily agreed with. Cami’s professionalism and experience were essential to facilitate the sale. The Ventura marketplace was rapidly changing and becoming an unpredictable environment but Cami was always able to look out for our best interests. Even the people associated with the sale like the Escrow officer and the inspectors were quick to mention Cami’s excellent safeguarding of our sale. During one impending deadline with Escrow, we were on the road with a rented truck to our temporary address. She was able to get the documents processed via email just before the looming deadline. All the things that needed to get done were accomplished because she had our back. My wife and I feel extremely lucky to have been given her name by a trusted mutual friend. I had no experience with the complexities surrounding the sale of property in Ventura County. Every obscure issue was explained to us multiple times with patience and intelligence.
