I found Alicia on Google and was so happy to meet her at the very first house my husband and I were looking into purchasing in Ventura. That house didn't happen and she continued to show us many, many others and was always enthusiastic about the next ONE! She is so sweet and soft spoken, never an angry or discouraging word came out of her mouth. We looked for many months till we finally found the ONE! She did it all! She negotiated for us, she looked up all the inpectors that were needed, etc, etc. We were amazed she got us the exact price we wanted and could afford! Just an amazing lady to work with. This world would be so much better if more people like Alicia existed. I most definitely recommend her for your next journey in your new home purchase! You'll love her.....

Jack and Bonnie are incredibly knowledgeable, they are very kind as well as very serious about finding the correct fit for you when buying. We saw a property and ended up putting in an offer the next day, got approved and then proceeded with 30 day escrow. Being a first time buyer, I had a ton of questions and really just needed step by step. Jack was on call pretty much, with Bonnies' sweet voice in the background usually. They always were such a help explaining things so I could understand all of the paperwork.
