Jerry sold my condo within a week of listing well above asking. He was respectful of the tenants and helped notifying them and with continued communication. Through no fault to Jerry, there was one roadblock after another with the buyers realtor not responding, repairs that needed done, a complete teardown and rebuild of one room, deeds that weren't filed properly in the past, a tenant not moving out on time, etc. Throughout it all Jerry was on top of each step, pushing through assertively, calling the other realtor and loan officer endlessly until he got favorable responses, emailing the title company dealing with each new issue immediately, keeping me informed and giving expert advise, he recommended the best handyman, negotiated changes in the sell terms, even paid for a loan extension when the repairs weren't done in time.
