As soon as we listed the property with Anita she took the ball and ran with it. Termite inspection and sewer inspections were scheduled within a week and she advised us to get the house staged which ended up being well worth the cost. She also had us buy some plants to plant around the bear property. It sold within a week of listing at 5% over cost. I am convinced it would still be on the market today if we had tried to sell it ourselves.
