Amy is simply the best. This is a tough market and she helped me navigate all of the ups and downs. She was thorough, compassionate, and incredibly professional. Amy got to know my unique fears, must haves, and how important my family is during such a big decision. She supported me better because she took the time to truly know me, holistically. She lifted me up when I was completely overwhelmed. I told her frequently but also want the world to know, I can’t even begin to imagine going through this process with anyone else. I appreciated her transparency, her genuine kindness and love for people, as well as how prompt she was in completing forms and updating me about changes along the way. When I was overwhelmed or frustrated with this process, she validated my feelings. When I had a question, she made sure I had an answer. Cindi was able to answer ALL our questions, ease any concerns we had and responded to us immediately by phone, text or email. We were new to buying a piece of raw land, but thankfully she was our agent and helped ease any/all concerns to move forward with our dream. She is very detailed, thorough, knowledgeable with a touch of fantastic, fun personality. Due to COVID our inspections were delayed which in turn took us much longer to close than planned, but Cindi reassured us and communicated with us the entire time. Just when I was wondering if we were still on the schedule for specific inspections I would get an email with an update. We were very thankful to have Cindi on our side. :) She is fantastic!
