Throughout our time together, Amy was super easy to communicate with, and gave multiple means of communication (ie text, email, call, in person). She was very timely with her responses and if she needed to reach out to an outside party for any reason, she was always very prompt and forthcoming on whether they responded or not. Amy gave us plenty of references for contractors for anything we may need assistance with in the future and gave tips on what we should expect from each one. We really liked how when we would tour a house, she would make sure everything was set up and would make sure she had all relevant information pulled up. She never hovered around us as we were touring, and never made us feel rushed to look at or choose a home.
