I will try not to make this too long-winded, but I am not able to summarize how helpful and vital Pam and Darrell were to our home-buying experience. We were entering the current market: almost no homes on the market, everyone offering cash or well over asking, etc. We were not hopeful, to say the least. BUT!! - Darrell and Pam came to the rescue by simply listening, being responsive, proactive, and being a tether to the reality of our situation and the market. Amazingly, after only showing two houses, our dream house came on the market. Pam and Darrell's responsiveness and foresight ensured our offer was put in THAT DAY. Thanks to their counsel and strategy, our offer was ultimately accepted. We were shown three houses and our first offer - on our dream house - was accepted. That basically says it all. They went above and beyond our expectations and talked me off the ledge more than once. They were fun to work with and myself, my wife, our two kids and the one on the way highly recommend them. I will be sending people their way for sure.

Melissa was very positive during the sale of our land. She was wonderful. When we experienced the typical "bumps" in the process--she was there helping us understand what was happening and gave us many options to overcome the obstacles we had faced.
