We are a retired couple living in Woodland and it was unclear where we would be needed most to help with our grandchildren in Washington and South Carolina this school year, so we needed to be nimble. Molly was the perfect realtor for partnering with us thru this life change. She was always about helping us thru every challenge, even when there was no benefit for her. She started by getting our house ready to show, including taking a big trailer load to the landfill. We received several offers the first weekend on the market in mid August. As we proceeded with each buyer, Molly never wavered thru the unexpected challenges and we ended up closing with the perfect buyer, including the best financial offer!! At the same time, we needed help finding a home near our son & his family in Puyallup. Molly got us started on this difficult journey, since there was limited supply of houses for sale in our price range. She found a local realtor to help us during the final weekend of our search and kept in touch thru the whole process of purchasing a home in Orting. There was no financial benefit for her in this purchase, but she was tireless in her friendship and helping us thru every hurdle. I could write a book about all the amazing help Molly has given us during this 3 month transition. Here are just a few: 1) she helped us quickly get a mortgage; 2) she loaned us her big trailer for the move day, including free help to load it; 3) she cleaned & did the final walk thru with the new owners.
