Katie identified a number of potential buyers for my property. We chose one, but a bank loan problem prevented the sale. Within two days of this disappointment, she held an open house and had three more buyers. We closed within a month. She had the excellent computer and communication skills to coordinate with the title company and buyers, so that the closing went very smoothly. I felt at ease to knowing that she had all the details covered.

Mrs. Martin was a fantastic representative. As the seller's agent, she represented me as the buyer with full impartiality. She even went so far as to make requests of the seller on my behalf when I was too timid to make the request myself! Always available and quick to respond, she was a pleasure to work with. Her valuation of the home ended up being spot on for the appraisal as well!
