Both her and her husband helped my husband and i find our first and second house. They were super patient and knowledgeable while we searched threw thousands of houses for our 1st one. When you have been a first time home buyer you know im not exaggerating. Nothing seams good enough, or you dont like it because of one small reason. Maryann and Brad dont give up and they always keep a smile on there face no matter how many houses you say no to. I wouldnt ask for help anywhere else for such an important thing in ones life.

I appreciated her willingness to show me as many houses as I needed to see, and also that she would identify both benefits and concerns in the houses I saw. When I decided to sell the house I called the Whittaker's and asked numerous questions regarding what would make the house attractive in the eyes of a buyer. They gave advice regarding color, layout, appliances and landscaping. They prepared me for all the steps involved and made recommendations for professionals who could assist me with each item which needed to be crossed of my list. They were easy to get ahold if by phone and email and they promptly replied whenever I reached out to them. When I sell my current residence they will be my realtors again.

ANDREA IS A VERY CONSIDERATE AND SPECIAL YOUNG LADY WHO "WORKS" FOR YOU TO GET THE BEST DEAL SHE CAN. WE WOULD GIVE HER A 10+ BECAUSE THE RENTERS HAD LEFT THE HOUSE AND YARD IN A REAL MESS AND SHE DID A LOT OF THE CLEAN UP. SHE KEPT US POSTED ON WHAT THE PROGRESS WAS AND IF WE NEEDED TO SIGN PAPERS THEY WERE RIGHT THERE TO HURRY THE PROGRESS ALONG. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMENDF HER AS AN EXCEPTIONAL PERSON AND RE AGENT. VERY HONEST!!
