Hard Work, Trust, and Community! Hello! These three elements are the most important to me and my work ethic. I live in Grays River with my husband, rescue cats, chickens, and the many other critters that call our property home. You will find that I don’t do anything half effort, I always give 100% at whatever I do, it’s just my nature and I am here to do the same for buyers, sellers, and the community. Trust is essential in any relationship, and you can count on me! I am originally from Hayden Lake, Idaho, a small community, and I know the importance of knowing and helping your neighbors and community. I love to be involved in my community and give back. I volunteer for many events in the community and donate my time, school supplies, and summer lunches for kids. In my free time, you can find me in my shop making wood crafts and signs and working on my home remodel projects. I think I love tools more than my husband, and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty! ANDREA TOLD US UP FRONT THAT SHE WOULD HAVE THE HOUSE AND PROP SOLD IN 60 DAYS!

ANDREA IS A VERY CONSIDERATE AND SPECIAL YOUNG LADY WHO "WORKS" FOR YOU TO GET THE BEST DEAL SHE CAN. WE WOULD GIVE HER A 10+ BECAUSE THE RENTERS HAD LEFT THE HOUSE AND YARD IN A REAL MESS AND SHE DID A LOT OF THE CLEAN UP. SHE KEPT US POSTED ON WHAT THE PROGRESS WAS AND IF WE NEEDED TO SIGN PAPERS THEY WERE RIGHT THERE TO HURRY THE PROGRESS ALONG. Great Agent

Andrea and her team were just awesome. Everything went off without a hitch. Andrea guided me through the process and made me feel it was so easy to sell a house. Her team of photographers were so good and they took beautiful pictures of the home. My house sold in six hours after hitting the market! I highly recommend this agent.
