Above and beyond

Niki was so patient with my elderly father who had problems remembering dates and procedures on top of that, hard of hearing, so you can imagine! This was also happening by phone and email since he's moved out of state. She graciously worked through me, his daughter, for repair estimates, movers and signatures to keep things moving smoothly. She also reached out to the 1st interested party a second time after he hit a lull in viewing, which resulted in the sale of his house. Fantastic skills!! Hire her!

Amazing experience with Sandra Shearn

Sandra is extremely knowledgeable, professional, passionate and very patient. We saw approximately 20 houses and she guided us through every house. Sandra was with us through the entire buying process, Because we lived in California Sandra took care of things we were unable to do. She took pictures of everything that was needed for the escrow and loan company. Sandra goes above and beyond. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with her.

Excellent agent overall

Niky was absolutely amazing to work with. Her knowledge in homes, the purchasing process and references were exceptional. She had great thoughts and help guide us in us making the right decision without being pushy or trying to sell on something that just wasn’t us. She took the time to get our thoughts and what we were looking for and made it happen. We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with her. We would 100% use her again.
