Niki was so patient with my elderly father who had problems remembering dates and procedures on top of that, hard of hearing, so you can imagine! This was also happening by phone and email since he's moved out of state. She graciously worked through me, his daughter, for repair estimates, movers and signatures to keep things moving smoothly. She also reached out to the 1st interested party a second time after he hit a lull in viewing, which resulted in the sale of his house. Fantastic skills!! Hire her!

If not for Niky I'm not sure this deal would have happened. A few issues and oversights slipped through the cracks with my lender which almost cost me this amazing house. I knew this was a great property, but it was expensive and very specific. Before the property was even completed, Niky was able to find us a buyer! I think it only took her a week or so of making phone calls and promoting within her brokerage to get us a great buyer. But, we still had to finish the project and navigate a pretty lengthy and complicated escrow. Niky was there every step of the way.
