I can't say enough about what an excellent realtor Niky is. She is super helpful. conscientious and knowledgeable. She does everything to make the buying experience excellent. Plus she goes out of her way after the sale to make sure your needs are taken care of. As a person and an agent I would recommend her 100%!

We met Nicole by calling on one of her properties while driving around Lake Havasu looking at houses on our own. She was prompt in coming over to show us the property (took her about 10min to get to us) very polite & and extremely professional, but we were also extremely comfortable with her right away got the feeling that she was almost like a old friend that we just knew would take care of us. Fast forward to a month or so later we had found a property, called to get her local knowledge of the area it was located, trusted her feedback, and made a offer. We closed on our home 06/26/19 and throughout the whole process Nicole was awesome. We highly recommend her if you are looking to make any real estate transaction in the Lake Havasu area, she is hands down the best agent out there. Niky was fantastic to work with. We actually went with Nick to sell our property after not getting a timely response from our property manager, who is also a real estate agent and knew our house better than anyone. Niky sold our house before our old agent even called us back. We then used Nicky to help us find a new house. We probably made her show us 20 houses and she never complained. We will definitely use her in the future.
