Niky is #1 at her job! She communicates everything you need to know and walks you through the entire process. She is available when you need her, and her follow-through is impeccable. I wouldn't use anyone else in the Lake Havasu area. You will feel like you are her only client and priority. She truly is the best!

Niky was very good about keeping me informed on what was going on with the property- as far as showings, interest shown, getting inspections done, and even was there for the estate sale. Very important to me as I live hundreds of miles away from the subject property. I never had to worry about her doing her job. I felt she went beyond what other agents I’ve dealt with in the past have done.
