Niky is awesome!! She is incredibly knowledgeable about everything real estate. From the inventory to the market conditions and down to the final inspections. She is also very proficient on the document side as well. Writing offers, purchase agreements, etc etc. One of the things that impressed me about Niky was her ability to control the entire transaction and keep it on track.
