Made my home buying experience just horrible! Wouldn’t recommend her to anyone also I’m still waiting for my %25 of commissions promised at signing unless this lady is just lying to veterans to get the sale? Anyway you asked.

Well, to start I am a veteran and this agent sold me on their “patriot group” B.s. saying they give up 25 % of commission blah blah and they do not! This agent will push you into looking at and even go as far as writing very false and very misleading letters to home owners trying to make the sale on a home we didn’t want. This agent did not listen to what I had to say so my wife and I ended up doing the whole house buying process on our own while she collects a fat paycheck! would not recommend this lady to any veteran or anyone for that matter! Well we are now happy in my new home with little thanks to Sandra Faubion! Also do not sign anything with them cause if you try to fire them as an agent they will throw some 180 day bs in your face and you’ll be forced to use them! Very unhappy DO NOT RECOMMEND
