I knew this was a great property, but it was expensive and very specific. Before the property was even completed, Niky was able to find us a buyer! I think it only took her a week or so of making phone calls and promoting within her brokerage to get us a great buyer. But, we still had to finish the project and navigate a pretty lengthy and complicated escrow. Niky was there every step of the way. She is very honest, knowledgeable, hard-working and managed to always make me feel like I was her only client. Niky is a rock star!

Victoria did an excellent job from start to finish. Had the listing posted the same day we met at the property. Pictures and videos looked fantastic.
