Sarah and her team exceeded all expectations we had of a realtor. As buyers, we typically have had to do a lot of what the realtor was hired to do. Not with Sarah though. From start to finish, she was proactive in handling any obstacles that popped up. Communication was always immediate or very timely. We cannot recommend Sarah to anyone buying or selling a home.

From the very first, we knew we had found the right real estate agent when we contacted Matt. He was friendly and upbeat and although we live out of state and were not sure exactly sure when we could get to Lake Havasu, he made sure to let us know that whenever we arrived, he would spend all the time we needed to make sure we found the right home - which we did! I thought that trying to buy a home while out of state would be hard but Matt made it much easier than I ever expected.
