Nina is one of a kind! We've never experienced a realtor who is so sincere, professional, and goes out of her way to be sure to help you. My father is elderly and she went way above and beyond to make him comfortable and was sure to communicate everything with him and explain the process thoroughly. Nina was very professional and knows the industry well. She is outstanding and I seriously cannot say it enough on how AMAZING she is! Nina was referred to us through my moms real estate background for the area my father was looking to buy in. If we could have talked her into selling my fathers home as well we would have used her for that too instead of the realtor he had who made thing extremely hard on him and this is where she made up for that and was so helpful. I will refer Nina to anyone I know that wants to buy in the areas she serves. I will not use anyone else.

We live out of town so her weekly check ins helped us see the progress and interest levels. She brought every buyers offer to us, even when she knew it wasn’t an option. She was great to work with.

Nina is a total professional She looks out for her clients and communicates 100% Nina listens and provides information so you can make a informed decision I would recommend Nina to anyone looking to sell and/or buying property, she’s the best
