Somewhere between the first showing and the final signature, she became more than an agent—she became a friend. If I had another house to sell, I’d call her. If I didn’t have another house to sell, I’d consider buying one just so she could sell it again. I cannot recommend Jessica enough for your real estate needs!

We really put her to the test. Tight budget but high expectations. The house is very non-traditional, which we love. Large living room and kitchen area. She worked diligently to find our perfect fit. Ask for Ashley! We met her at an open house and she is overflowing with positivity, energy, and character. The kind of person you want fighting your battles in a real estate transaction. Plus she drives a Jeep with all the rubber ducks in the window, so you know she means business! She’s very fast to respond day or night(not sure when she sleeps). She’s great with technology and did 95% of the paperwork online. She had us laughing, which made our whole experience fun and light hearted. She’s extremely knowledgeable, answered every question we had including topics such as; mortgage, renovations, roofing, HVAC, gutters, permits, contractors, interest rates, PMI, due diligence. She’s very genuine and you can truly see how much she cares for her clients. I don’t think you could go wrong with such a wonderful person on your team!
