Elizabeth was an amazing realtor to work with. She stuck with us through lender difficulties and helped us navigate the market and find a home that was perfect for our family. She was a wealth of information with every aspect of the buying journey and we knew that she was in our corner throughout the process. We first came across Elizabeth Nolan through an online search for a realtor about two and a half years ago after we first came to Savannah and decided we wanted to buy a home. At that time it was very much a buyers market. We had started the search a little prematurely as we had not completely transitioned from Massachusetts. However Elizabeth still helped us to start looking, was never judgmental and very understanding. We found her to be kind and easy to deal with. Little did we know that this was going to become a drawn-out saga for a number of reasons. Our properties in Massachusetts had not sold as quickly as we hoped and in that process the market in Savannah shifted to become a seller's market and buying a home became a very difficult process as there were multiple offers on every house. This never deterred Elizabeth. Our struggles became hers. She kept at it for several years through a number setbacks until we finally found the right house. She always found time to set up appointments to show properties as they became available, never complaining. She went above and beyond to help us through the financing process and close the purchase. Without having somebody with her tenacity on our side I doubt we would be in the home where we are now. Listed my investment property with Elizabeth. We received multiple offers and she helped mere choose the best one. There were "issues" from the buyers side, however the contract Elizabeth put together protected me from the "issues" and ended up paying me extra money on the deal! I really felt protected by her. The deal could have taken a turn for the worst of not for her contract.
