As a first time home buyer we were completely clueless when it came to terms, finding a mortgage lender, & everything that comes with buying a home. She was available 24/7 when we had any sort of question or concern and always explained things to us to a tee. I’ve never met someone as knowledgeable as he when it comes to this stuff. She never got annoyed when I asked the same question over and over until I understood either. I never felt uncomfortable asking her about anything since she is super personable. If it wasn’t for Susan I don’t think we would be in the position we are today. She helped us on locking a great deal down and also helped tremendously on finding a Morgage lender that has also been a pleasure to work with. She’s a go getter and will fight for you! We loved working with Susan very much! After closing she’s still helping us with situations we’re running into which has been a huge help and much appreciated.

Cathy Rogers helped us get our first home. It was a wonderful experience and everything went smoothly. As a new homebuyer, she explained everything and we felt comfortable. So when it came time to sell that home and buy another one, she was the first one we called! Everyone involved with the deal, ended up using Cathy because she is so informative and kind. She listens and really helps you find the home of your dreams. I cannot recommend her enough. I've actually recommended her to several people over the years. and they all think she's outstanding!
