If I was able to give more than 5 stars I would! Susan was always friendly and available for questions. She was very knowledgeable about the market and the different locations I was looking in for my home. She was fabulous to work with and I never felt like any of my questions were stupid. Buying a new home is very stressful and she was an amazing agent from start to finish.

I had a 30 day window to sell a house in NV. And buy a house in Savannah. While I started a job here, my wife stayed behind to prep and sell the NV. Property. My wife found Heather on line, and they hit it off, very friendly and welcoming. She listened to what we needed and understood our time line. She was available to show me what houses were on the market after I finished work each day. The wife and Heather communicated thru e-mail and text, and let me tell you this young lady Heather has her stuff together!! After about 2 weeks of looking we had narrowed it down to the final 4, and she re-showed them to me as I did a FaceTime with the wife so she could see them. We settled on a house and made an offer. Long story short, in less than 30 days we sold a house in NV., moved across the country and bought a house in Savannah. Would we do it again? Only if Heather was involved!!

Celi was amazing. We were first time home buyers, doing most of our house hunting online since we didn’t yet live in Savannah. Celi was very accommodating to our schedule, knew exactly what neighborhoods for us to look at based on our budget and the type of home we were looking for. At one point we toured 8 homes in a day, but she did a lot virtually. We trusted her so much that we ended up closing on a house we never saw in person until after. We are very happy with her service and will recommend her to people every opportunity we get.

Colin was excellent in both the sale of our house and purchase of our new home. He is knowledgeable and up-to-date, works with a sense of urgency being quick to respond and act. He was a great advocate for my husband and I both as sellers and buyers, educating us as needed and making sure we were aware of all our options - giving solid advice but assuring us each decision was 100% ours to make without pressure. Our situation was not ideal - we listed while living in the house and put in an offer with a contingency on that sale. It was tricky but Colin was positive and realistic throughout, and ultimately got it done. Our experience could not have been better. Six months later we are still completely thrilled!
