If you’re looking for a real estate agent who knows their stuff, works magic in a weird market, and doesn’t flinch when things get tough, look no further. Jessica didn’t just sell my house—she coached it into the spotlight. Professional? Absolutely. Knowledgeable? Like a real estate encyclopedia in cute shoes. Open to suggestions? Always. Even if it was stepping outside of her comfort zone. Helpful? Without hesitation. To the point that she once broke a sweat getting my house ready for a showing when I couldn’t. Who does that? I’ll tell you who: someone who genuinely cares for her clients and getting the job done! She was always available, always professional, and somehow managed to make me laugh through the stress of selling. Somewhere between the first showing and the final signature, she became more than an agent—she became a friend. If I had another house to sell, I’d call her. If I didn’t have another house to sell, I’d consider buying one just so she could sell it again. I cannot recommend Jessica enough for your real estate needs!

Jessica was absolutely wonderful in helping us find a home! She went above and beyond my expectations. She was always available to answer questions and helped us find a lender to better suit our needs when we were having issues with our original lender. She did video walkthroughs of homes when we were not available to view in person and was our guide through the crazy market. With Jessica’s help, we were able to close recently on a wonderful home that fit all our needs!

Due to the nature of my husband’s job, we have had more than our share of experiences with relocating and the house buying/selling process. After a number of poor and subpar experiences with realtors, to say we were skeptical coming into our most recent home purchase would be an understatement. Then we asked Jessica to be our realtor. I cannot sing enough praises about this woman. I very quickly found out that she is ambitious, honest, reliable, and a true advocate for her clients. Not only were we able to purchase a home in Georgia from Maryland which comes with its own complications, but we did it seamlessly and without a hitch. She somehow made this the least stressful buying process we have ever had and I was able to have confidence in knowing that every nuanced detail was covered; any time there was a document to be submitted, a paper to be signed, a question to be answered, Jessica was on it and if there was something I needed to do and inevitably forgot because of dealing with everything else that a move involves, she’d gently remind me with enough time to submit it before the deadline. She even helped me with questions I had regarding the sale of our home when I couldn’t get in touch with or get an answer from our Maryland realtors in a timely manner. If we ever buy or sell again, I will be calling Jessica with no hesitation. I would recommend her to family, friends, strangers… anyone who needs an agent and wants an excellent experience with buying or selling their home. You won’t find a better realtor!

So thankful we found Jessica on Facebook. She was truly incredible to work with. Genuine, Responsive, Patient, Knowledgeable, Honest, and always had our best interests in mind for our family. We are semi new to the area, so having a realtor that knows the area was a huge plus for my family and I.
