The selling of my house went far from smooth. There were problems around every corner. I had two agents one selling the house and one that was helping me buy the other one. Both from the same office. While one was doing who knows what, Jolene was there making phone calls and staying on top of everything. She was doing work that the other realtor should have been doing. I don't think I would have ever gotten my house sold if Jolene was not there pushing all the way through. I would use her again in a heart beat. She works hard for you.

This is the 3rd time that I have bought a home; however, this is the first time that I have had a realtor that interacted with me as a person rather than treating this strictly as a process to purchase a house. Other realtors would readily omit (or "sugarcoat") relevant points and more actively present houses at the top end of your price range. Michelle was honest and truly made an authentic effort in listening and thoroughly considering my family's needs when trying to put us in the right home. We've collectively interviewed several realtors going into our 3rd home purchase. We have not seen anyone better at this than Michelle.

Michelle made the most of the brief time available while we were visiting from out of state for a house-hunting trip. Her knowledge of the area and excellent listening skills allowed her to quickly narrow down the best listings for us, helping us to realize that what we THOUGHT we wanted, really wasn't going to work for us, after all. Once a decision was made, she assisted with the completion of our spec home and got us through to closing with a minimum of "hiccups", and then followed up after the closing to make sure that everything was satisfactory in our new home. We have made quite a few long-distance moves, and Michelle ranks among the best of the Realtors we have worked with over the years. We will definitely be recommending her in the future!
