We contacted Michelle Price because she was the listing agent of a home we wanted to see. It turned out, that first home wasn't for us, but we fell in love with the 2nd home she showed us. Michelle was not pushy about making an offer, but made herself available when it worked for us, which was a lot of nights and weekends. We appreciated her availability and quick response to texts, calls, and emails. We were so impressed with Michelle that we listed the home we were selling with Michelle also. It was priced right and sold quickly. It was nice to have one contact for both purchasing and selling our homes. We would definitely recommend Michelle Price for real estate needs.

I met Michelle when I was in Iowa interviewing for a new position, and my employer arranged for her to give me a tour of the area and show me a few homes. After I accepted the position Michelle was able to quickly assist us in finding homes that were within our specifications, take us on a full day house hunting trip, and by the end of the day we had made an offer which was subsequently accepted. It all happened so quickly and Michelle was able to navigate us through the process! We closed and moved within 30 days and were settled into our new home before I began my job. I met Jolene looking at a gut and rebuilt home and decided it was a no-go. She found another home fitting my parameters, but it was nixed by my son, who would be living in it.
