I had tried for over a year to sell my home. I had used 2 different realtors. I finally accepted the offer of a local property manager and listed why home for rent. After the 2 year rental agreement had passed, my property manager recommended Michelle Price to list my home for sale. I had already moved to Arizona and was not able to fly back and forth to get my home ready for sale. I basically put my home in Michelle's hands and she transformed the home into a showplace. Working closely with my property manager, Michele chose paint, carpet, new tile for the bathrooms and foyer, new granite countertops and sink. I trusted that she knew what would sell in my area, the work was done quickly and the house was put on the market. Very soon I had an offer HIGHER than my asking price.
