We first approached Suvad and Linda to enquire whether they can build a home for us. When they informed us that the house they were living in was also for sale, we had a tour of the house and were very satisfied as it had all the features we were looking for. They were also ready to do some minor modifications we requested and the finished product made us more than happy. We were impressed by their professionalism and their friendly attitude.
