I would strongly recommend Nate as your realtor. He sold 2 houses for us last year!! He sold our first house within 2 days and our second house in about 1 month. We couldn’t have been happier. He was very responsive and all around just great to work with.

Nate did a great job, and even though I was paying less for commission, I did not get less service. Nate was responsive and answered any questions that I had! I was treated with respect, and he did what I hired him to do! I actually used him twice this year, both times to sell a home, and they were gone in less than four days!

Home buying is a hell of a process and Nora helped put my mind at ease by making sure I was educated and understood everything going into every situation, preventing several mental breakdowns. Being a first time home buyer you can have so many thoughts and doubts but knowing Nora had my back and knew how to find what met my needs in my home! Along with her ability to work with my Schedule was amazing, my work hours are outside of normal and there can be times of the day I am unavailable yet times I can sneak away for quick showings. It was important that through the whole process I was able to stay excited to be a new home owner. This all makes her the best in my book, along with her rockstar sense of humor and personality!
