Carrie was my realtor when I bought my house in Beaverdale back in March of 2013. Here's what kind of a realtor she is...would your realtor lay down in the snow in the backyard and make a snow angel? Only Carrie! Before we actually found my house, she put up with my not knowing where I wanted to live, or even WHAT I wanted (townhome, condo, house). I did not have a big budget, and we. looked. everywhere. I would find something I liked and wanted to check out, and she would make it happen. She spent A LOT of time with me for a commission that was not...A lot. I am happy to say that I am still in contact with Carrie. I have gotten to know her family. She is a regular face in my office and it always brightens my day to see her. Beyond a personal level, she still keeps in contact with me regarding the purchase of my home and checks out things for me when I ask (about improvements, what the market is doing, etc). She is extremely helpful and smart. And very funny. Overall, I highly recommend Carrie to ANYONE looking to buy or sell a home ANYWHERE in the Des Moines metro area.
