Nora was excellent to work with. She was always very responsive to any questions we had (via text or phone) and we felt she worked hard for us on the negotiating and purchasing end of our deal. Nora was very flexible with our schedule and available when we needed her. Her knowledge of the current market and overall real estate knowledge was excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends in the future.

Michelle Price is a thorough and delightful professional realtor. She is respectful and patient; she never pushes on any issues. She is responsive and provides valuable counsel in the process of contract development, negotiating and closing. We had several important issues to resolve in the purchase of our home and she was consistently reliable and creative with her advice and guidance. She knows the Des Moines market extremely well and will guide anyone with a trusted perspective.

Nora was great to work with on our new home purchase! She was extremely responsive and organized upon every meeting. We had some tough issues with the builder and she was with us every step of the way. She understands the Iowa laws and regulations which was very helpful for us as we moved here from out of state. We would highly recommend her for a new home purchase.

Vicki has helped us both sell and buy properties in the metro area. She has been great! When it came time to purchase a property we knew who we would be calling without giving it a second thought. She has been very responsive and will help answer any questions day or night. She knows the market and never hesitated about holding an open house or finding alternative ways to market a property. When purchasing property she helped us scour the area until we found the perfect home! She really turned the home buying/selling process (which is normally stressful) into an enjoyable experience.

Christian was immensely helpful in getting my grandmother's home sold. He turned a complicated process into a very simple one. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He was pleasant to deal with and worked very hard to get the house sold.
