Tammy Sparks utilized all her resources when working with us to purchase our home. We were pleased with her recommendations for our inspections and suggestions for handling the bidding process. Tammy was honest and straightforward when handling our questions. I would highly recommend Tammy to my friends when looking to buy or sell their home.

Nora was extremely knowledgeable and went above and byond to help us sell our home and build our new home. She has a huge heart and truly cares about the families she is working with. She always listened to our perspective and helped us every step of the way. She was easy to get a hold of, always responded quickly, and was very flexible with our schedules. We first approached Suvad and Linda to enquire whether they can build a home for us. When they informed us that the house they were living in was also for sale, we had a tour of the house and were very satisfied as it had all the features we were looking for. They were also ready to do some minor modifications we requested and the finished product made us more than happy. We were impressed by their professionalism and their friendly attitude. Suvad was very receptive to our requests and ensured the quality was always maintained. He pays extra attention to detail and goes out of the way to give a fine product. Linda was very prompt to carry out our requirements and she was forthcoming with her valuable suggestions. Both Suvad and Linda are wonderful people to work with. While conveying our appreciation and thanks, we recommend SKS homes to anyone who wants to build their dream home! We are extremely happy to be SKS home owners! Chandana & Varuni
